Where appropriate, outreach may extend to a broader pool of AKC Parent Club breeders and include a structured follow-up cycle to gather additional clarification. This expanded scope is particularly helpful in cases involving tighter timelines or more geographically dispersed breeder populations.

Delivery is structured over approximately three weeks to allow for consultation, outreach, follow-up communication, and thorough synthesis of findings into a detailed written report.

Outreach volume is calibrated to the size and activity of the breed community. When breeder populations are limited, outreach may include all available breeders. When populations are larger, outreach is prioritized based on geographic proximity and stated timelines.

This approach supports an efficient, proportionate research process while still providing a meaningful view of current availability and waitlist expectations.

For transparency and trust, breeders are informed of your name as the prospective buyer I am assisting, unless we discuss an alternative approach in advance.
Your written Puppy Due Diligence Report is delivered electronically within approximately three weeks. This timeframe includes the initial client consultation, structured outreach to breeders, time for responses and follow-up communication, and comprehensive synthesis of findings into your final written report.

If breeder response timelines meaningfully affect delivery, you will be informed of any adjustments in advance.
This is a one-time service.

Refund requests must be submitted by email within 24 hours of purchase. Once research begins, the service is non-refundable.

Clients who begin with the Standard package may apply the Standard fee toward Premium if broader outreach becomes appropriate within 30 days.

If no suitable puppy is available within your preferred timeline, you will still receive a full report documenting the current breeder landscape. In these cases, 5% of the plan fee is donated to a breed-relevant rescue organization.

This service supports informed decision-making; final decisions and commitments remain the responsibility of the client.
