Puppy Due Diligence provides digital consulting services and does not ship any physical products. All deliverables, including research summaries, reports, and any purchased digital resources, are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout or through your intake form.

Since no items are physically shipped, no shipping fees apply. Delivery timelines for digital services are based on the specific plan you purchase. Standard and Premium plans include a research and outreach period, with a final report delivered within the stated timeframe (typically within two weeks or less unless otherwise communicated).

Digital downloads purchased through the website (such as checklists or guides) are available immediately upon purchase or delivered via email if applicable.
