Thank you for choosing Puppy Due Diligence. Because we provide research-based consulting services and digital deliverables, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

You may cancel your consultation plan within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@puppyduediligence.com within the 24-hour window. After 24 hours, the plan becomes non-refundable.

Digital products—including checklists, guides, and downloadable files—are non-refundable, as they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

If you do not receive your digital materials due to a technical issue, please contact us at hello@puppyduediligence.com and we will resend the files promptly.
