Outreach volume is calibrated to the size and activity of the breed community. When breeder populations are limited, outreach may include all available breeders. When populations are larger, outreach is prioritized based on geographic proximity and stated timelines.

This approach supports an efficient, proportionate research process while still providing a meaningful view of current availability and waitlist expectations.

For transparency and trust, breeders are informed of your name as the prospective buyer I am assisting, unless we discuss an alternative approach in advance.

Your written Puppy Due Diligence Report is delivered electronically within two weeks. This timeframe includes initial research, time for breeder responses, and compilation of findings.
